Am I Allowed to Rent Out My Vacation Property?

According to the American Resorts Development Association (ARDA), timeshare owners are typically permitted to rent out their properties, rather than selling or relinquishing their timeshare, though specific conditions may apply.

It is crucial for property owners to familiarize themselves with their resort’s policies, as regulations can vary by company. We strongly recommend reviewing your deed to confirm that your property is eligible for third-party rentals. Please note that The Travel Network does not support listings that do not meet rental criteria.


What is the Timeline for My Listing to Go Live?

Listings are generally confirmed and published within three to five business days. We value the authenticity of our hosts and listings. If your listing has not yet been published, please check your email for any notifications from us.


What Are My Next Steps After a Booking Is Made?

Upon receiving a booking request, our team will email you a link to either approve or decline the renter’s offer. Please respond to this request within 24 hours. After your response, we will provide you with the renter’s details. Once these steps are completed, your guest can check in without any further delays.
